Step 1: Modern IT Tune-Up, $1,500 flat
I come on site for two to three hours and look at your network, devices, accounts, email, backups, and vendors. Within five business days you get a written report with findings ranked by risk, a fixed-price quote for the top fixes, and a monthly support number if you want one.
$1,500 flat for practices up to 25 users. Larger offices are scoped.
If you move forward with fixes or monthly support within 30 days, the $1,500 comes off your first invoice.
Step 2: Fixes, priced as a fixed project
The Tune-Up report comes with a quote for the top problems. You get one price before any work starts, not an hourly meter running in the background.
Step 3: Monthly support, priced per user
Monthly support is priced per user, based on what your office actually has: users, devices, and how many vendors are involved. Here's what's included:
- Email and cloud platform security (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace)
- Managed endpoint protection, patching, and monitoring
- Email security and phishing protection
- Business-hours remote IT support with priority response
- Asset inventory and full environment documentation
- User onboarding and offboarding
- Device management and security policy enforcement
- Vendor coordination (EHR, imaging, billing, VoIP)

Practices with 5-10 staff: $1,000 - $2,000/month
Practices with 10-20 staff: $1,500 - $3,500/month
Practices with 20-30 staff: $2,500 - $5,000/month
Most healthcare-focused MSPs price between $100 and $200 per user per month, depending on complexity and how much is managed. Microsoft 365 licensing passes through at cost. Hardware and one-time infrastructure work are quoted separately.
Work outside a monthly agreement bills at $150 an hour in 30-minute increments.
